PC-303E Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powder

PC-303 is a powdered polycarboxylate superplasticizer made by polymerizing various organic high-molecular compounds through a special spray-drying process. It is a new generation of environmentally friendly water-reducing agent products with a high water reduction rate and high retention properties. It has good adaptability and dispersibility with various cement-based cementing materials, endows the material system with excellent workability, and simultaneously enables rapid and stable growth in strength.

Product application

PC-303E has excellent dispersibility and is suitable for various low water-cement ratio cementitious material systems. Such as in:

·Various cement mortars

·Various precast  concrete components and products

·Cement-based grouting materials, grouting materials, injection materials, etc.

Uses

1.Before use, PC-303E needs to be mixed evenly with other dry powder components. The construction mixing and application should be carried out according to the specific requirements of the different fields of application.

2.The recommended dosage of PC-303E is between 0.15% and 0.30% of the binders. The exact amount to be used should be determined by trial mixing based on the application system and variations in the dry-mix components.

Packaging & Shelf Life

1.Packaged in paper-plastic composite bags (25kg/bag), the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production. If the shelf life has expired, testing and verification must be carried out before use.

2.Store in a well-ventilated and dry place. Measures should be taken to prevent moisture. Avoiding direct sunlight.After opening, it should be used promptly. If not all of it is used, it should be sealed promptly to prevent it from absorbing moisture and becoming spoiled.
