HX-YZJ01 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer

This precast component special polycarboxylate superplasticizer is developed by Huaxuan High-Tech to meet the performance requirements of precast concrete. Through research on the structure, properties, and functions of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and by rationally designing the molecular structure, the product possesses characteristics of high water reduction rate, reduced viscosity, low air entrainment, and early strength to meet the requirements of precast concrete.

Product Characteristics：

(1) High Water Reduction Rate: According to industry standard GB 8076-2008 《Concrete Admixtures》, the water reduction rate can reach 50%;

(2) Reduced Viscosity: By selecting suitable adsorption groups and adjusting the density and distribution of adsorption groups, the superplasticizer molecules are rapidly adsorbed and efficiently dispersed, thereby reducing the plastic viscosity of cement paste and the yield stress of concrete. This solves the problems of stickiness, weight, and hardening of high-grade concrete in precast components, greatly improving their workability.

(3) Low Air Entrainment: By leveraging surface chemistry expertise, the relationship between the structure of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and air entrainment is studied. The side chains of the superplasticizer molecules are modified and optimized, and the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of the superplasticizer molecules is adjusted to optimize the bubble size and stability in concrete, resulting in a denser internal structure that meets the structural requirements of precast concrete components.

(4) Early Strength: By adjusting the side chain length of the superplasticizer and selecting high molecular weight polyethers, the cement hydration rate can be increased compared to ordinary superplasticizers, thereby improving the early strength of precast concrete components without subsequent strength reduction.

(5) Good Cement Compatibility: The product has passed performance verification with various grades and manufacturers of cement, showing good compatibility with Huaxin, Yangfang, Conch, Onoda, and Three Gorges cements.

Application Scope：

Suitable for manufacturers of pipe piles, pipe segments, track slabs, and prefabricated buildings producing high-grade concrete for precast components such as pipe piles, track slabs, beams, slabs, and columns. It enables autoclaving-free production of precast components and is also suitable for other high-performance concretes.

Usage and Precautions：

(1) Homogenization should be performed before use.

(2) Trial mixing is required before use to determine the appropriate dosage and achieve the best economic benefits.

(3) Do not use in combination with naphthalene-based water-reducing agents. If other admixtures are required, trial mixing is necessary.

(4) Setting time, air content, and retarding components can be adjusted according to user needs.

(5) Products with a solid content of 20-50% are available.

Packaging and Storage：

1.The shelf life is 12 months for products with a solid content of 20% or higher. Use with caution if the product is past its expiration date.

2.200kg/dru, 1T/ drum or tank truck transportation is available or customized as customers' request.

3.Suitable for medium- and high-performance concrete materials such as precast cement components, featuring high water reduction rate and early strength.
