PC-1006E Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powder

PC-1006 is a powdered polycarboxylate superplasticizer, created by the polymerization of various organic high-molecular compounds through a special spray drying process. It is a new generation of environmentally friendly water-reducing agent with a high water reduction rate. It has good adaptability and dispersibility with all kinds of gypsum, endowing the gypsum-based material system with excellent constructability, and at the same time, allowing for rapid and stable growth in strength.

 Product application:

PC-1006E has excellent adaptability and is suitable for various gypsum based systems and special cement-based systems.

Gypsum base self-leveling mortar, masonry gypsum mortar, gypsum plate and other products;

Portland cement, sulfoaluminate cement and other cement mortar system;

Uses:

1.Before use, PC-1006E needs to be mixed evenly with other dry powder components. The construction mixing and application should be carried out according to the specific requirements of the different fields of application.

2.The recommended dosage of PC-1006E is between 0.08% and 0.25% of the binding materials (e.g., gypsum). The exact amount to be used should be determined by trial mixing based on the application system and variations in the dry-mix components.

Packaging & Shelf Life

 1.Packaged in paper-plastic composite bags (25kg/bag), the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production. If the shelf life has expired, testing and verification must be carried out before use.

2.Store in a well-ventilated and dry place. Measures should be taken to prevent moisture. Avoiding direct sunlight.After opening, it should be used promptly. If not all of it is used, it should be sealed promptly to prevent it from absorbing moisture and becoming spoiled.
