Improved rheology stabilizers in mortar material systems

In the construction site, in order to speed up the progress of the project, saving costs, workers will arbitrarily add water, beyond the specified volum of water in the mortar,bleeding, delamination, segregation and other issues are comes. so we would add silicon powder, low viscosity cellulose ether, nanomaterials, etc., to improve the stability of the slurry, but cannot better the water sensitivity of the fluid mortar.


PC-837 rheology stabilizer powder is a functional additive prepared by polymerization of a variety of organic polymer compounds by a special spray-drying process, it is a new type of environmentally friendly product with preferential adsorption, maintaining the stability of the slurry and rheological properties. With a variety of cement and gypsum and other cementitious materials have excellent adaptability and good synergies with other additives, giving the material system excellent time flow to maintain, while ensuring the stable development of strength. It is especially suitable for low quality aggregate system with high mud and powder content and high workability demand system with ultra-fine powder, giving excellent performance to meet various application requirements.


PC-837 features:

  •  High dispersant: with excellent dispersing ability, it can preferentially compete for adsorption on the surface of mud powder to ensure the function of other admixtures, especially water reducer.

  • Economy: under the condition of meeting the same working and mechanical properties, it can appropriately reduce the dosage of cementitious materials and other admixtures to ensure the quality and reduce the cost of the material system at the same time.
Application of PC-837 rheology stabilizer in fluid mortar:
    (1) PC-837 rheology stabilizer is suitable for all kinds of cement, gypsum and composite cementitious material systems containing mud, stone powder, ultra-fine powder, etc. with high workability and high long-time mobility requirements, effectively solving the problems of large mobility loss and slow development of strength due to the low quality of aggregates;
    (2) PC-837 recommended dosage of 0.02-0.10% of the cementitious materials, according to the application system and dry mix component changes in trial mix to determine the specific dosage;
    (3) Need to be mixed with other dry powder material components together first when using , according to different areas of construction mixing requirements;
    (4) In the low dosage of the system has a positive role in improving; when the dosage is over 0.05%, the fluidity can be well maintained, pay attention to the accuracy of the control of the dosage.
