Product introduction

  Micro-expansion grout (TX-ZJ-1) is optimally formulated from ultra-fine inorganic cementitious materials, high-performance mineral admixtures, micro-expansion agents and a variety of organic and inorganic functional additives, etc. The performance indexes are in line with the indexes in "Technical Requirements for Grouting with Moulds in Tunnel Lining Vaults" and "Technical Specification for the Application of Cementitious Grouting Materials" (GB/T 50448-2015).

Product Characteristics

(1) Convenient to use: only need to add water and mix evenly on site, saving time and labour.
(2) High workability: good fluidity, the initial cut-off cone fluidity up to 410mm; good fluidity retention, the 90-minute cut-off cone fluidity is still up to 350mm or more; and can be adjusted according to the ambient temperature and construction requirements
(3) Early strength and high strength: early strength is high, 12-hour strength is more than 8MPa; medium-term strength growth is smooth, 1d strength is 25MPa; late strength continues to develop, 28d strength can reach 60MPa.
(4) Good volume stability: the slurry is not delamination, no water secretion, no segregation, good volume stability; condensation and hardening of micro-expansion and non-shrinkage.
(5) High durability: high adhesion with the grouting interface, no stripping; good seepage resistance, erosion resistance, and service life can be ensured under complex geological conditions.

Packaging and storage:
 1、This product is packed in double-layer composite moisture-proof bag, net weight 25±0.5kg/bag, shelf life 6 months.
2、Products should be avoided from direct sunlight, pay attention to moisture-proof, stored off the ground in a dry and ventilated room.
