KH-P601 Powder Defoamer

KH-P601 is a powdered defoaming agent with polyether compounds as its main ingredient and inorganic carriers as its matrix. It is a surfactant with excellent non-ionic properties. In the system, it can maintain good stability and compatibility, has excellent defoaming and foam suppressing effects, and has features such as high-temperature resistance, strong acid resistance, strong alkali resistance, high shear resistance, non-toxicity, non-corrosiveness, and low usage.

Application：

1.Defoaming in the field of building materials such as cement and concrete materials and products, prefabricated components, various types of mortar, putty, and additives.

2.Defoaming and foam suppression in the petrochemical industry and other industries.

Uses：

The recommended addition amount for powdered defoamer is 0.01-0.2%, and the most suitable usage should be determined after testing. It can be directly added to various powdered material systems or sprinkled directly onto foam to deflate it. It can also be dissolved in water and sprinkled onto the foam surface. When dissolving in water, sufficient stirring is required to ensure the dissolution and dispersion of this product.

Shelf Life:

1.The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production. If the shelf life has expired, testing and verification must be carried out before use.

2.KH-P602 is not classified as a hazardous material, is non-toxic, and non-flammable.  Store in a well-ventilated and dry place. Measures should be taken to prevent moisture. Avoiding direct sunlight. After opening, it should be used promptly. If not all of it is used, it should be sealed promptly to prevent it from absorbing moisture and becoming spoiled.
