  • "sacrificial agent"
Use "sacrificial agent" together with PCE solution, such as polyethylene glycol (molecular weight>2000), according to the level of mud content, it should be used with PCE solution appropriately,About 20-50kg of sacrificial agent should be added per ton of admixture.


Liquid sodium gluconate can also be added in hot weather (30 degrees Celsius and above).


However, the most inexpensive sacrificial agent is water. On the basis of the original mixing ratio, a large amount of water is added to dilute the admixture solution. When using, the same water is deducted from the concrete mixing water, and replaced by the diluted admixture solution. Concrete admixture, in this way, can greatly reduce adsorbents such as soil in sand and gravel


  • Re-adjustment of sand and gravel 

Use a certain amount of washed sand or high-quality sand with low mud content, or replace low-quality high-silt sand with some machine-made sand. When there is no resource to replace, reduce the sand rate appropriately.


  • Cationic indicator active agent

Add quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant to PCE water reducer, and make the mud contained in the sand and gravel for barren treatment, so that it does not expand or expands low in water, so it is harmless to the workability of concrete.


  • Anti-mud PCE mother liquor

Add a small amount of anti-mud or functional monomers to improve the concrete state during the synthesis process of PCE water reducer to make anti-mud type mother liquor for compounding various functional concrete admixtures


  • Viscosity reducer

Appropriately increase the soluble alkali content of PCE compounding agent, which has the same effect of reducing viscosity
