The Hangrui Expressway starts in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province and ends in Ruili, Yunnan. It is an east-west horizontal line in China's expressway network, with a total length of about 3405 kilometers. The company participates in the Hubei Yangxin-Tongcheng section project, which runs through the four counties of Yangxin, Tongshan, Chongyang, and Tongcheng in Hubei, with a total length of about 200 kilometers, two-way four lanes, and an investment of 9.713 billion yuan. The actual construction period was two and a half years, and it was officially opened to traffic on June 30, 2011.
