On October 18, 2014, the team of six persons of Quality Control, R&D Department and technical team of electrical speciality from Hubei Ya Dong Cement Co., Ltd made a the second visit to the full automatic production and technical exchange in Huaxuan Industry Zone, accompanied by Huaxuan General Manager, project research and development team and director of mechanical and electrical team. Our company arranged the site manufacturing demonstration, detailed technical disclosure and one-on-one technical Q & A, so that the Ya Dong Cement visitors can better understand the manufacturing of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and experience the leading technology of the production line that Ya Dong Cement intended to put into operation. 

At 9:30 am, all the staff arrived at the workshop and the two workers have been in place, standing on the steps less than 30cm beside the pretreatment system, who are ready to feed the materials. One was unpacking and the other one was feeding with easy operation, and basic feeding completed within 20 minutes. Ya dong cement visitors acquired detailed knowledge of each step of the production line of each link, the details, technology and pipeline, etc.

After the material is fully dissolved in the pretreatment system, the worker pressed a key on the automated control panel and started the composite operation.

The balance of manufacturing was to operate in accordance with the pre-designed process and what the worker needed was only to wait for the mother liquid to generate at site. During this procedure, no foreign smell in the workshop because of the equipment's enclosed design. At about 3:30 pm, the mother liquid was ready and can be sampled.

Through the inspection visit and technical exchanges, Ya Dong Cement gained full confidence to ensure the product quality even in the condition that Ya Dong did not own the manufacturing technology of admixtures. Both sides are actually complementary in this win-win cooperation.
